Do you accept or pick up furniture?

  • Right now we do not have space to handle donations like this. Thank you for thinking of ways you can help others in the community!

Do you accept mattresses, pillows, and sheets?

  • We cannot take mattresses. 

  • We can take new or in excellent condition pillows. Pillows and sheets need to be twin or full sized only.

Do you accept clothes?

  • Right now we do not have space to handle donations like this. Thank you for thinking of ways you can help others in the community!

Can you help me with my gas bill/ rent/ bus tickets/ bus tokens, etc?

  • Sanctuary does not have the ability or programming to allow for a request like this. You are encouraged to call 419-630-8339 for guidance.

Can I get a food box?

  • All our guests stay in apartments and cook their own food. So we do not have a soup kitchen.

I need to stay at Sanctuary, do you have a room?

When is the check-in?

  • Our office is open every working day 9-5:00. Please call 419-630-8339 in case of emergencies.

Do I need an ID to stay with you?

  • To start off, no. Our staff will help you get your ID immediately.
